Developed for Breckenridge Grand Vacations, the structure is engineered to maximize a 1.4-acre site while meeting the rigorous demands of a premier ski resort destination. The project encompasses a total of 36,000 square feet of conditioned space. The structural layout supports 40 individual units, featuring a strategic mix of studio and one-bedroom floor plans. The building frame is designed to accommodate ample resident storage and in-building amenities, essential for a workforce-centric lifestyle.
