Xcel Building – 1800 Larimer

When constructed, the Xcel building was the first Denver office tower in over 20 years. The composite steel and concrete structure has a striking pattern of exterior cladding that makes it a downtown Denver landmark. This building was the first LEED platinum certified building west of the Mississippi.
