The Eddy Apartments

The Eddy is a 96-unit, 3-story residential development located on the Colorado River, adjacent to the Las Colonias Park. Part of a broader Opportunity Zone project by Four Points Funding, this community bridges modern multi-family housing with high-access outdoor recreation. Designed by Tucker Johnson Architects, the project utilizes a “conventional” construction type optimized for the Western Slope’s environmental conditions. The complex consists of multiple three-story buildings featuring wood-frame construction. The 96 units are distributed across one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 669 to 981 square feet.
