Frontgate Avon is a premier luxury residential development located at the entrance to Beaver Creek Resort in Avon, Colorado. The development comprises a four-story main residential building housing 75 luxury condominiums and a separate collection of nine multi-level townhomes. This multi-phase project represents a significant engineering achievement, transforming a challenging 21.5-acre sloping site into a high-density, mountain-modern community. The project utilized extensive site preparation, including 68-foot-tall shotcrete retaining walls to manage the significant topographical grade change.
