Bass Pro Shop – Loveland

A 130,000-square-foot destination retail facility designed by Hodges Architecture, incorporating rustic, lodge-style architectural elements such as heavy timber framing, natural stone accents, timber trusses, and large gables. The project emphasizes an authentic outdoor aesthetic, featuring prominent “Outdoor World” signage, prominent wood beam entries, and metal roofing.

The inside of the building is designed as an immersive natural experience featuring:

• A 12,000-gallon freshwater aquarium topped with a replica of Colorado’s historical Crystal Mill.
• An indoor trout stream running through the retail floor.
• Custom regional murals, taxidermy mounts, and local decor (including Colorado Sports memorabilia display cases).
• Showrooms for hunting, fishing, camping equipment, Tracker boats, and ATVs.
