Nicole Nickerson

Design Engineer

“The most rewarding aspect of our work is seeing how really great the results are when we combine all of our individual talents. Constantly learning from each other and pouring yourself into making all of us successful together is very satisfying.“
Ed Buteyn, PE, SE

President & Principal

''Jirsa Hedrick facilitates a strong work-life balance while also providing technical challenges that promote professional growth. Within two years, I gained experience with post-tensioned concrete, steel, wood, masonry, and cold-formed steel (CFS). I worked on a wide variety of project types, ranging from a skier bridge to a mid-to-high-rise building. I also built strong relationships with my coworkers and enjoyed the social events hosted by the company.''
Elias Hendricks

Design Engineer

“The most rewarding part about working here is seeing the final built product. We get to take an idea, design and model it, and then see it come to life.”
Vanessa Smith Werbylo, PE
